These terms govern your use of EroSearch. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to dmca@erosearch.net.

Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. You must not access the site where doing so is unlawful or bypass access restrictions. Content involving anyone under 18 is prohibited.

What EroSearch provides

EroSearch is an independent interface for discovering and viewing content sourced from Erome. It is not affiliated with Erome and does not offer user media uploads. Albums, profiles, and source links can change or become unavailable.

Rights in third-party media remain with their respective rights holders. Access to a file or a download feature does not grant permission to copy, republish, sell, or otherwise use it. Obtain any necessary permission and comply with applicable law.

Prohibited content and conduct

• Sexual exploitation or depictions involving minors, or persons presented as or closely resembling minors.
• Incest, sexual violence, non-consensual acts or simulations of them, exploitation, trafficking, or prostitution.
• Stolen or unlawfully obtained material, intimate images shared without consent, and privacy or copyright violations.
• Sexual acts involving animals, scatological sexual content, actual violence, or content endangering individuals.
• Hateful discrimination, threats, incitement to violence, illicit trafficking, fraud, or terrorism.
• Attempts to bypass content restrictions, misuse another person's account, disrupt the service, or access private data.

Do not use the service to find, promote, or distribute prohibited material. We may restrict content, links, accounts, or access in response to reports, misuse, or legal requirements.

Accounts and saved items

Provide an email address you control and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Saved items are links to source material; saving an album does not guarantee its continued availability. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

Reporting and removal

Report suspected violations to dmca@erosearch.net, including the affected URLs and your concern. Copyright owners and their representatives should follow our copyright notice procedure. Reports about age, consent, or safety do not require a copyright claim.

Third-party services and advertising

The site contains advertising and links to third-party services. EroSearch may receive revenue from advertisements or referrals. External services have their own terms, prices, and privacy practices; review those before providing information or making a purchase.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains browser storage, accounts, service data, and third-party connections.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of third-party descriptions, or the continued availability of any source material. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for losses arising from service interruptions or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Revisions will appear here with an updated date. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service.
