Send copyright notices and content concerns to dmca@erosearch.net. Include the affected EroSearch URLs so we can locate the material.

Copyright notices

If you own the copyright or are authorized to act for its owner, include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list for multiple works.
  3. The material or links you believe infringe, with specific URLs that allow us to locate them.
  4. Your name and contact information, including an email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed right.

We review notices and act expeditiously on valid copyright complaints to remove or disable the affected references or access through EroSearch. If information is missing, we may ask for clarification. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences.

Age, consent, and other safety concerns

You do not need to be a copyright owner to report suspected prohibited content. Email the page URL and a short explanation. Send links, not copies of suspected illegal material or sensitive identity documents. Our Terms of Service describe prohibited content.

Source material

EroSearch displays albums sourced from Erome. Removing a reference from EroSearch does not remove the original from Erome or copies on other services. You may also use Erome's reporting process to request removal at the source; you do not need to do that before contacting us.

Removal disputes

If you believe an EroSearch restriction is mistaken, contact the same email address with the affected URL and an explanation of your authority or permission. Where a statutory counter-notice process applies, we will handle the dispute under the applicable requirements. A copyright dispute does not override separate restrictions concerning consent, age, or prohibited content.
